DR. SURESH BABU
PROFESSOR
Suresh Babu is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University (TKM College of Engg., Quilon – 1983). He had his Master of Engineering from M. S. University of Baroda (Faculty of Engg. and Tech. – 1989) with specialisation in Industrial Engineering and Management. He obtained Ph. D from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (1997) in the area of Financial Management under the guidance of Prof. P. K. Jain. He is currently serving as Professor,School of Management Studies,NIT,Calicut.
DR. MUHAMMAD SHAFI
Dr. Muhammad Shafi is presently an Assoc. Professor at School of Management Studies, NIT Calicut. He earned his Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Management from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in 2008. He started his career as Lecturer in NITC in 2009 and has 15 years of experience in academia, administration, and research.
MR. ANIL BALAN
Mr. Anil possesses a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Raipur. He is a Co-Founder and the President & Chief Operating Officer of SplendreEyeMagPvt. Ltd. He is also a Co-Founder of Last Mile Consultants Technology Solutions Pvt.Ltd.He was in the US for more than six years for a few Best Brands in the world. He was a Business Unit Head at Tech Mahindra (Mahindra & Mahindra Group Company) and worked with HCL Group and Sonata Software. He is working closely with Kerala Startup Mission – KSUM, Govt. of Kerala, to transform the Malabar region’s entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem. Currently, Mr. Anil serves as the state president of Kerala Startup Network – Global.
MR. ARJUN HARI
Arjun completed his engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology Kozhikode (NIT Calicut) and Post graduation in business management from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK). He is the Co-founder and CEO of Wudi, a skill discovery platform incubated in IIMK Live. He had worked with a few MNCs before starting his entrepreneurial venture. A TEDx speaker, Arjun is a regular invitee speaker at various national and international tech and management conferences.
ADV. SANDHYA
Graduated in law from Govt. Law College, Calicut and enrolled as an advocate in Kozhikode Bar in 1993. A practicing civil and insurance lawyer for last 23 years. She is also a Panel Advocate of The National Insurance Co. Ltd and The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. She has been teaching Business Law as visiting faculty for over 10 years.
DR. MANJU MAHIPALAN
Completed her doctoral program in Management at School of Management, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, and worked at NIT Tiuchirappalli for a period of two years before joining NIT Caliut in 2022. Her broader area of research was organisational behaviour and the study specifically centered on the role of workplace spirituality in enhancing work-related outcomes. Currently working in the realm of positive psychology and its relevance and applicability to work environments.
MR. AJAYAN K ANAT
Mr.Ajayan K Anat, Asst General Manager (Retd), Punjab National Bank. Retired as Deputy Circle Head, Andhra Circle, Punjab National Bank, Hyderabad. He is now the Managing Partner for Vrddhi Consulting & Training Services. He is the Past President , Calicut Management Association(CMA).
MR. NAMITH NAJEEB
Namith Najeeb works with Paramount Computer Systems, Qatar, as it’s Head of Operations. He has been in the Cybersecurity industry since 2013 when he joined Paramount Computer Systems in Dubai after finishing his MBA from IIM Kozhikode.Over the last 10 years he has handled roles in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Business Unit Management and Operations
MS. SAMEERA CHAKEERI
Sameera Chakeeri Managing Partner, Growen, started her career as a HR professional in an engineering conglomerate having around 2000 employees, worked 11 years in the same organization. She started a partnership firm operates in Executive Search, PCMS implementation, Skill development & employment and Engineering Consultancy. She is also handling the ‘Director – People & Culture’ vertical of a QSR & FSR chain. She is the vice chairperson of NIPM (National Institute of Personal Management) Calicut group and volunteering the ‘Consultant – Organization Performance’ role of a non-profit organization involved in the pediatric rehabilitation. She completed her in ——————————- in Strategic Performance Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Sameera is an from MBA (Specialised in HR) from Farook Institute of Management Studies, University of .Calicut. Her BCA was from Hindusthan College of Arts & Science, Bharathiar University. She is currently the Director of Club Sulaimani for People & Culture.
MS. UTHARA RAMAKRISHNAN
Uthara Ramakrishnan is a woman entrepreneur at the forefront of Artha Financial Services and a business partner with India’s top-tier broking house, Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL). Uthara has been ranked among the TOP 25 Business Partners at MOFSL consistently, the only woman to break into the TOP 25. She is an avid reader, columnist, and trained Carnatic singer. She is also a regional trainer with BNI, Calicut. Uthara established the Women Entrepreneur Network (WEN) in Calicut to enable women entrepreneurs to have and share opportunities with each other.

Accomplished startup enabler with 10+ years of experience incubating and accelerating tech and sustainability startups. Skilled in operations, community building, and policy development, with a track record of success. He delivered 200+ sessions on entrepreneurship in different arenas, including IIM, NIT and Government agency programs. Mentored 2000+ startups in 7 years. Mentor and Board observer of 8 Startups.
