SHEMIMON YOUSUF
Shemimon is awarded as the leader of the team that ranked as
highest certified manpower in India by Nexa while working for
Maruti Suzuki India. He was the former Assistant General Manager HR- Learning & Development at AM Motors, one of the leading channel partners of Suzuki India. His team was also awarded the highest certified manpower three consecutive times in the Kerala region at Maruti Suzuki.Shemimon is a Graduate in Commerce and a well-accepted sales coach. He has conducted more than 500 training programs. He was the finalist of the Maruti Suzuki All India.Selling Skill Contest at the National Level and Two times 2nd Runner-up of the Maruti Suzuki All India Selling Skill Contest at the State Level.
MOHAMMED IKAN
Mohammed Ikan, is a soft skills expert & a professional image consultant specialized in training on Professional skills and Corporate etiquette. He forayed into human resource training 17+ years back, having industrial experience training employees of outsourced campaigns by British Telecom, Wells Fargo and staff training across India for LG, ITC India, Coca Cola India etc. He is a graduate in Chemistry from University of Calicut and an Advanced Higher Diploma Holder in Export Management from IIEM, Bangalore, India. He has been awarded as the Youngest Leadership Trainer, post his training stint with 1200 MBA graduates by the Director of Management Studies & Entrepreneur cell under University of Kerala. He is also a certified Trainer by Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD- Government of India) to undertake ministry level project for implementation under Lakshadweep Administrations, Government of India. He is known for his soft skills trainings at premier national institutions in India which includes Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneshwar, National Institute of Technology (NITC, NITT, NITK). He is one of the official training resources for the Kerala Police Academy, Kerala, India. Jojo, Head- Trainer, VEDHIK IAS ACADEMY, started his career as a direct marketing executive. From there he realized his skill to speak and inspire a group of people. Mr. Ashiq KP is a highly accomplished and respected individual in the field of training and skill development. Mr. Ashiq KP has been recognized by the All India Management Association as an Accredited Management Teacher. This designation indicates his proficiency in teaching management-related subjects. He has also earned the title of Accredited Management Trainer at the Institute of Management in Government, Kerala. His experience and knowledge have led him to author several books, articles, and research papers in diverse fields, sharing his insights and expertise with a broader audience. Mr. Ashiq KP holds an M.Phil degree, and a master’s degree in commerce,HDC & CSDM from INTAN, Malaysia.
