DR. SAJI KURIAKOSE
(DIRECTOR, SNES IMSAR)
Dr.Saji Kuriakose is currently working as the Professor & Director, SNES Institute of Management Studies & Research ( SNES – IMSAR) a stand alone B-School Affiliated to University of Calicut. He is also the Director & CEO of the enterprise he runs called Eleven Immigration & Study Abroad Pvt.Ltd. based in Calicut. He is an MBA graduate with specialization in Marketing, PG diploma holder in International Trade, M.Phil in Management and PhD in the area of Marketing from Kannur University, Kerala. He has also received the status of “Accredited Management Teacher” (AMT) from the prestigious All India Management Association (AIMA) New Delhi. His earlier academic related assignments include, 10 years of service as the Professor & Director of Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS) run by prestigious Farook college established in 1948& 11 years of service as Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies, MES College of Engineering, Kuttipuram, (the first self-financing Engineering college of Kerala). Commenced his career with one of the renowned corporates of India (Nirma Ltd.) at Ahmedabad, Gujarat and served this organization at its corporate office for about eight years at senior level managerial positions looking after Marketing and International Business operations. He had also worked with the team (NIM) in setting up the prestigious Nirma Institute of Management (NIM),(Now part of Nirma University, Ahmedabad) and served this institute both as a visiting faculty and a special officer during its inception period.
Dr.Saji has been involved in management education, training, research and consulting for the past 25 years. He has carried out several MDPs for public and private sector organizations in Gujrat, Tamil Nadu & Kerala and has organized several FDPs for engineering, commerce & management teachers in the area of teacher roles and teaching effectiveness. He is a regular resource person to train employees of various Government departments at Institute of Management in Government (IMG) Calicut and training teachers at UGC-Academic Staff Training College (now UGC – HRDC) at Calicut and Kannur Universities. He provides consultancy services in the area of Marketing & International Business to several organizations in and around Kerala.
He has a strong passion for research especially on consumer behavioral dimensions. He has published 32 papers and articles in leading Indian & International Management journals, Magazines & dailies including “The Hindu’ and presented 25 research papers in national & International conferences. He has developed two case studies in the area of women entrepreneurship & marketing. Dr.Saji has been very active with several professional associations and has been instrumental in organizing number of conferences, seminars, symposiums etc related to business and management. Dr.Saji has also held the position as Vice President of Calicut Management Association (CMA) affiliated to AIMA, New Delhi for two terms and President, CMA for the year 2019-20.

Administration (Marketing) from University of Madras. Did his Post Graduate Diploma (Marketing &
Sales Management) from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan. His Bachelor’s Degree is in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University. He possess an experience of 20 years’ in Industry and 12 years in management cadre.
DR. Amritha N P

Dr. Amritha N P is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Calicut, where her research focused on the evaluation of financial innovations in the Indian banking industry. She has also qualified for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and the National Eligibility Test (NET). She completed her Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Sree Narayana Guru College, Chelannur, and her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from the same institution. Currently works as Associate Professor at SNES IMSAR,Calicut

K.R. Arjun, a Bachelor of Business Administration from VLB College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore, Bharathiar University, graduated in September 2010. He holds 3 Post Graduate Degrees in Management (Marketing & HR) in 2012 from DJAME, Coimbatore affiliated to Bharathiar University, Psychology (M.Sc Applied Psychology) in 2013 & Economics (M.A Economics) in 2016 from School of Distance Education, BharathiarUniversity,Coimbatore. He is pursuing his Ph.D in Management from Cochin University of Science & Technology.He has 11 years of teaching and one year of industrial experience..

Ms. Vyshnavi has been working as an Assistant professor in SNES IMSAR for the past 2 years. She is a post-graduate in Business Administration, specialized in Finance and Marketing from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut. She has completed her graduation in commerce from Zamorin’s Guruvayoorappan college Calicut. She had presented a paper in Albertian Knowledge Management Summit 2022 and her paper was adjourned as the best in the general category. She has successfully completed the UHV level 1 course organized by AICTE. She has done a refresher course in the thrust area of ICT Tools for teaching from HRDC, University of Calicut. Her teaching interest is in finance and marketing.

She worked for ICAI,Calicut University for about 10 years and served as Assistant Professor at Farook Institute of Management Studies. She too worked as Assistant Professor for Calicut University Off Campus Centres at Calicut and Kuttipuram respectively..

Jenny George holds an M.Phil in Business Studies from Mahatma Gandhi University. She holds masters in Human Resource Management (Rajagiri School of Management) and M.Sc Biotechnology (Dr.G.R.D College of Science). She started her career in the industry as a Human Resource Management professional and worked with companies such as AVT Natural Products and TCS for three years before joining academics. She was a visiting faculty at the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Calicut for eight years. She teaches core and specialization papers in the area of HRM and OB, along with General Management. She is a Soft Skills Trainer with expertise in Communication Skills and Team Building skills.

Ltd, a startup in Kochi that develops software for education administration. He is specialized in Business Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.

Graduated in law from Govt. Law College, Calicut and enrolled as an advocate in Kozhikode Bar in 1993. A practicing civil and insurance lawyer for last 23 years. She is also a Panel Advocate of The National Insurance Co. Ltd and The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. She has been teaching Business Law as visiting faculty for over 10 years.

Mr Sreenath has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2011. He then participated in the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) programme in 2017 and qualified as forensic auditor as part of ICAI’s post-qualification programme. He is also qualified as an Information Systems Auditor from ICAI in 2019. Besides consultancy and other accounting related services, he is passionate about teaching and training. He is a guest faculty at University of Calicut, various B-Schools and academic institutions. His expertise lies in financial reporting, taxation, and financial management.

Ms Lakshmi has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012. With a high degree of qualifications and experience, she is an expert in consulting and taxation and is passionate about teaching and training. She is a guest faculty at Calicut University Department (DCMS) and various B Schools.

Suresh Babu is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University (TKM College of Engg., Quilon – 1983). He had his Master of Engineering from M. S. University of Baroda (Faculty of Engg. and Tech. – 1989) with specialisation in Industrial Engineering and Management. He obtained Ph. D from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (1997) in the area of Financial Management under the guidance of Prof. P. K. Jain. Dr.Binu Modoor is a certified Hogan (USA) and Thomas Profiling framework (UK) based Assessor, Trainer and Leadership Coach with 33 years of experience across corporates such as TCS, Reliance and Bosch. His last full time assignment was with Bosch Global Software where he was the head of Leadership and Organisational Development function for India, Mexico and Vietnam. In this role, he had designed and deployed Coaching interventions for the Senior Leaders and had overseen Developmental Assessment Centres, Change Management programs, High Potential Management and Development initiatives and the design and deployment of a suite of well-designed Leadership Development and OD interventions which included a number of Strategy and Visioning workshops.
